1. Standard Booking:
   • In case of cancellation 21 days prior to arrival the entire deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
   • In case of cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
   • In case of cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival or for late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
